While you are always welcome at Proponent branches, we offer two free services that can reduce the number of times you need visit a branch: Direct Deposit and Automatic Transfer.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is the electronic transfer of money into your Proponent accounts — from a source such as your salary.

One of the primary advantages of Direct Deposit is that it allows you to get paid faster than regular paper paychecks. It also saves you a trip to a branch.

What’s more, you can choose to divide your paycheck between Proponent accounts. Some or all of your salary can be used for Direct Deposit. Regular pension, Social Security, and VA/military checks can also be processed electronically and qualify for the Direct Deposit service.

Automatic Transfers
In addition to automatically depositing money into Proponent accounts, our members can authorize periodic transfers between Proponent accounts — perfect for ensuring consistent savings each month toward your short and long term financial goals.
