Best of all, there is no fee to use Bill Pay as long as you pay at least 3 bills a month, using this service, from a Proponent Checking account. 

Already use Internet PAM? You can add Online Bill Pay to your account in just a few minutes by clicking the link at right. Once you login to Internet PAM, click on the Bill Payment Enrollment link, under the Self Service tab and follow on-screen instructions. 

Not an Internet PAM user? You need to enroll for Internet PAM before you can add Online Bill Pay to your account. To enroll, simply click on the link at right and follow on-screen instructions - it will only take a few minutes.
